Coaching executives and other leaders is my passion.
I feel deep empathy for persons bearing major responsibility in politically and economically complex, under-resourced environments. My sensibilities are born not just of academic learning, but importantly of my own experience as a organizational leader, who has guided the development of new institutions and the governance structure of an established research university.
An experienced coach of my own “reports” and advanced mid-career graduate students, I bring to the table my formal studies, certification as a coach at the Hudson Institute, and a substantial history of a coaching practice.
